One of my most influential mentors was Albert Elovic, whose nickname was “The World Hotel Doctor”. He was at his peak when he was 70+ years old, spoke 13 languages and turned around unprofitable hotels within a very short time. Albert did not use costly marketing strategies but worked with the oldest rule in the book: Common Sense. He listened to and fully understandood not only his customers but also his staff, in whichever part of the world they came from. Altough easy going and very relaxed, Albert demanded ultimate customer service and total comittment. I have adapted Alberts style and passion for top quality to create a healthy business. I am a self-taught man. Travelling all over the world I have worked in many different positions and businesses. 1978 I set up my own organisation, kept it lean with low overheads. My approach to projects is simple and direct and is suitable for any small or medium business, of any type. All our services and trainings are based on personal experience. That’s why they are easy to understand and quickly put into practice. I personally keep up my spirits with Music, Sports and Cooking. During my entire working life I have been blessed to have met some very wise and knowledgable people from all over the world.
